My initial complaint:

Your service . i've laid a complain Two to Three months back and you just ignored me. My card was and there was a purpase of R900. i phoned to report card stolend and send numreous mails to customer service. and your way of dealing with a problem is to keep quit and hope the customer just dissapear.
