Extremely poor service from Edgars

On 19 Dec '13 I asked Amar from Edgars at Somerset West Mall to locate for me curtains in 2 different shades - silver & gold as this store did not have any stock. He located stocks at another branch & assured me that he will call me once these arrived. I also choose cushions to match & asked him to keep these for me until the curtains arrived. At this time it seemed that the curtains would arrive in a matter of a week or so & I was quite happy to wait. I called & visited the store several times &left messages for Amar. I managed to eventually talk to Amar on 9 Jan '14 & was told that he had asked the manager of the store to make contact with me, but the manager was now on leave. To date I am still waiting for someone to make contact with me. I sent a request to Head office to see if the Regional Manager can assist & was sent this message:
"Please be advised that we are no allowed to give out the managers contact details, if you have any query or concern you may speak to the store manager or contact us on 0800203925 we will assist you".
