WOW!!! What a pleasant shopping experience I have EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to Truworths :-) Whether it be to browse, pay my account, make an exchange/return or do some shopping. I sometimes decide to rather go an make an instore payment instead of an EFT payment, just because it is always so refreshing to shop there.
One can see that Hugo has an awesome relationship with his staff and the way he relates to customers? I see him interact with all races, genders, shapes and sizes, you name it! He makes everyone feel so welcome. Even when I'm just passing his store, going to the post office, he will shout from inside the store, Heloooooo and a big friendly wave follows. The reason I mentioned his relationship with his staff is important for me as a consumer, as I've been to Wimpy, Spur etc... where one can clearly see that staff fears management, and management makes it very clear who's in charge, repremanding or disciplining staff in front of customers etc. I feel that's not on! They should have private meetings where they should do that.
He is truly a people's person and loves his job. It definately shows :-) His store looks good, there's always a helping hand around. Thanks Hugo:)
