Empty packs of crisp

I buy the nik naks crisp for my kids for lunch, its been 3 months in a row that every retail packs, you would find atleast 3 o more empty packs or just few chips inside.and i have tried to contact the number on the packs but no one picks up the phone..i am very disapointed in the brand.its not what they advertised.
