Ordered a Lampung desk and stand alone drawers. It has been a nightmare from the start (after they took my (50% deposit) firstly to get delivery on time, never was a phone call returned or e mail answered by Fatima. When we took the plastic wrapping off the drawers we found a dent on the top which they had obviously tried to conceal. There was also a residue of a white sticky substance where they had dried to disguise the dent. I e- mailed a photograph of the drawers through to Fatima on 20/6/2013 who told me she would organise a replacement. Devon from the store picked up the complaint after I went through to their customer care and again there was no communication. Now Lara from Head Office phones to apologise for the lack of communication and tells me the drawers are ready but with Friday being a holiday no truck is coming to Durban- what a joke- have they ever heard of going that extra mile for a customer who received damaged goods and they have messed around for over 6 weeks. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO NEAR THEIR STORE, customer care does not exist.
