Waiting 8 months for a chest of drawers not delive

Spoke to Home Choice on numerous ocation about a chest of drawers that has never been delivered to me an I indicated on the delivery note that I have not received the goods as it was damaged. _ have been waiting 8 months send numerous emails and still waiting on the outcome - I realy need someone to assist me in this matter please
