SELLING CUSTOMERS DIRTY ITEMS

I went in to the amanzimtoti branch in May to purchase a chest of drawers. I found one that I like and the salesperson Joy who assisted me said the one on the showroom floor is the last stock and she will provide me with a discount on the item. I had taken the discount and explained to her to clean the drawers and I will pick up from the store in the week. I picked up the drawers and opening it up at home I discovered that the drawers were extremely dirty and dusty. I have purchased it from a good store with a good name in their service. On phoning the store on numerous occasions and never receiving a call from them. I asked Joy to either replace the item as I was not prepared to accept something dirty or refund me the money. I had also given her a date as to when I wanted an answer. She never phoned me and when I did call she had a item from Richardsbay arriving. I questioned that? only then was I told that I had to bring the drawers myself in.on speaking to the manager Lawrence he said that he will have delivery by today 13/06/2013. When I called the store Joy today she says that delivery will only be next week as they don't have transport. How can you run a store like that.no ethics
