Omo - 3rd Complaint and still nothing

Following my last 2 reports complaining about not receiving my free gift, Zizi from customer care (0315384876) called me to 'resolve' the issue, on 22 July. She even said that I would get not one but two ster-kinekor movie tickets to compensate for the inconvenience - she said I would receive an sms with reference no's to claim the tickets by the close of business on that day AND that she would personally call me back to confirm if I received the sms.
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SMS NOR DID ZIZI CALL ME BACK.

Are you going to call me again to tell me I'm getting an sms to buy time and hope I eventually give up? I will keep writing bad reports until you stop lying to me and just give me my "guaranteed free gift"
