Ought a dress from Y D E on 03/08/2013, would not allow me to swop goods and pay the difference, would not give my cash back due to no cash in the till?? when i returened 05/08/2013 still would not due to " debit card cash payment"? 30 hours later still no dress and no money in my bank account?? only a reciept to say money has been credited? spoke to 6 diferent customer services agents who was more upset with me for calling, and after - 1hour of bAD MUSIC IN MY EAR I WAS TOLD THAT THEIR BANKING DEPARTMENT SAYS IT TAKES 12 WORKING DAYS?? im not sure if im disapointed or confused??
im not sure where to from this point?? certainly not customer service?
any help please?
