No Exchange or refund after 3 days!!

So on Saturday 3 August 2013 my wife bought me a paird of leather shoes at the puma store. she brought the shoes home i tried them on and naturally walked around with them in the house. I then realised that they were a size too big,

When i returned to the store today 6 August 2013 i was told the shoes look to worn and could not be resold which meant no exchange and no refund from a very sour manager who had absolutely no customer service Etiquette. Comparing the item to a brand new item in the stock room i could see no differencce in the "worn leather" the atendee had to explain to me because the manager simply could not.

So now i am stuck with a pair of shoes i have worn for all of 5 minutes. WHAT UTTER BS!!! Never ever buying a puma product again, il stick to the 3 stripe brand like i always have!!!
