I have been shopping and comparing prices on block carpets, after realising that your store provided the best option I decided that I would go and buy from Game.
To my disappointment, one of my purchases (carpet glue) was displayed as R69.00 but only to register as R121 when I wanted to make payment. I am frustrated by this for a number of reasons:
-I specifically came to Game because of the displayed price... which was then misleading
-The cashier (Itiheleng Mokhasi) and supervisor where (for a moment) not in agreement about the price to be charged (R69 or R121 - what is the policy on this and why does it appear that staff are not sure what to do in such instances?)
-Is there no quality check/control process to check that the prices that are displayed are actually the correct prices?
I am not sure whether I now have to first check prices of all the items I buy from your store before going to pay at the counter (not sure if that will make it a pleasurable customer experience which is what you stand for?
