I went to look for watches at east rand mall truworths. On arrival I saw a watch with a price tag of R350. When I asked to buy the watch at that price I was told that the watch actually cost R1899. I asked for the manager Martie who told me that "prices fall all over the place and they can't give me the watch at that price because she's only sbke to check so many watches and therefore it's not her fault that the price was wrong". When I asked for a discounted price seeing as this mistake was made, she could further not accomadate me. I am very dissapointed with the service I received and request to get clearance on the issue.
I am of the opinion that I am entitled as the customer to get the product at the price advertised regardless of the actual price.
