On the 15th of June, I was traveling to work when an Albany truck pulled out of the shopping centre without even looking and nearly hit me, luckily I managed to swerve out of the way just in time. I contacted the Albany customer care and they gave me an email address to send my complaint to: [Email Removed]
I have sent 2 emails to them and have heard nothing back! I have given them enough time to reply, and I feel it is unacceptable after laying a complaint and receive no response.
