Raw dough inside bread

I would not have written this compliant but 2 times in one week were to much. last night i bought a Albany superior brown bread, and this morning when i was preparing our sandwiches for work and school, there inside the bread halfway to the middle were still raw dough. and this also happened on Monday morning. My family were not very impressed with me.. We cannot afford to throw bread away, but we could not eat it either so i kept a few slices if any one likes to see. I prefer Albany because of its high quality standards, so please guys stick to your standards otherwise i would be forced to change..
