I bought 200 chairs and 10 round tables from Bargain Tents. I was assisted by a lady called Fazila. I made payment on the 12th of May 2013. I was supposed to collect all my equipment at Polokwane Branch. I only managed to collect 200 chairs and 5 tables. I was told I will get 9the rest after a week. It has been two full months and am still waiting. And the sad part about it is I have to do follow up. She never calls me to tell me what's happening. I want refund now and am still struggling to get it. This is bad service and I cannot tolerate it. I have referred other business partners to her but I actually think I should tell them to go somewhere else. I want refund urgently. I called several times they have been promising to send me money since Friday the 12th July. Today the 15th Fazila decided to hung up while I was still talking to her. She is telling me to be patient, how do I be patient af5er waiting for more than 2 months? What does this say about their business ethics?
