Torn slices of bread

Dear Albany

I'm very upset with the loaf of bread I bought from my local shop late yesterday. On opening the Albany white bread packet, I was shocked to find the slices so badly cut, they are literally torn to an extent that you cannot even use them for sandwiches and worst of all I only saw this in the morning when I was about to prepare lunch box for myself and my kids.

We had to leave for work and school without our regular lunch box.

This meant that I had to give my kids pocket money to buy food from school (who knows if its healthy) and I too had to buy food from work. I kept the bread with the hope that you will send someone to collect and inspect it, this is contrary to your TV advert that makes I believe that Albany bread is perfect every time.

I tried calling the number on the packet but i kept on getting a recorded message saying that there is a technical fault with your lines.
