I have been to the Pick n Pays at Northgate and Houghton and I have noticed that everytime I pay at the express till the cashiers never bother to pack my staff.
At first I thought it was the company's policy until I saw two white women being packed for, then I was left with only one conclusion. These cashiers dont bother to pack for people of colour!
People complain about being jobless but simply do not want to perform once employed!
This is very disappointing. Can Pick n Pay please train their staff before being hit with a discrimination lawsuit.
I would think that such things pose a high reputational risk for the company.
