I was promised a response regarding my @home complaint on Hellopeter and on the Foschini Group Facebook Page. I still have not received any call - NO effort has been made to contact me. I decided to contact them myself and first dealt with a call centre agent that PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR! I phoned AGAIN and spoke to call centre agent named Michelle. She put me through to the area manager but I only got through to the voicemail.
WHEN will someone contact me? WHEN will my complaint be resolved? I am SO VERY disappointed and disgusted.
My initial @home complaint is in regards to prices on the website this weekend advertising the Typhoon desk for R1300 yet in-store it was sold for R1499. I see they made changes to the website this morning AFTER my complaint BUT STILL they cannot find the time to contact me.
