For over 2 weeks now I have been trying to get Woolworths to fix my profile. They told me that i missed my payment while i had paid 2 days after the statement date, the same statement that I do not even recieve. Now the only thing i have been fighting to get is getting a letter from them admitting the mistake and fixing my profile. I am now unable to get credit from other institutions because of this.
I called them and I spoke to Waida/Wadia from the Cape Town branch, and she told that she had sent the instruction through to get my name cleared but its still not done.
