Refusal to remove prescribed debt from my profile

I submitted a complaint to the Credit Ombudsman with regards to an old Woolworths account on 14th of June 2013. Woolworths was contacted by the Ombud office on 19 July 2013, they since have not responded to the ombuds office or removed the prescribed debt from my credit profile.
