BUTRO CONTAINER UN-OPENABLE

The new packaging of BUTRO is very difficult for me to use.
When I eventually levered off the lid with a knife, the perforated plastic bits stick out and cut my hand.

Please advise whether CLOVER is continuing with this packaging - else I will have to change products.

IO have tried to contact them via their contact form but it asks too many detailed questions!!
So now they can answer me via HELLO PETER!
