DISGUSTED BY FLY IN MILK AND POOR SERVICE!!!

On Friday purchased 2x2L CLOVER MILK from Spar, Kasselsvlei. Upon opening the milk to have breakfast is discovered a FLY IN MY MILK!!! Took the bottle to the manager at the Spar to show him. I understand this is not his problem cause he does not package CLOVER PRODUCTS. Called CUSTOMER CARE (no CARE IN THE WORLD!) AND SICK TO MY STOMACH! FIRST QUESTION IS THE FLY STIL IN TACT? WHO ASKS SUCH A DISGUSTING QUESTION??? no APOLOGY? Louise had to be reminded of her JOB! NO EMPATHY FOR SICKENING THE CONSUMERS DAY WITH A FLY IN THERE PRODUCT! CHANGE YOUR PACKAGING Cause it states 55 TESTS DONE BEFORE IT REACH THE CONSUMER bold AND IN RED ON THE BOTTLE?!!!??!!! HOW DOES A FLY END UP IN THERE? now I'm still waiting on a call from ANNEKE SMALMAN? as LOUISE PROMISED?! CLOVER??? SHOULD I HAVE IT PUBLISHED IN THE MEDIA RATHER??? HOW MANY COMPLAINTS OF FLIES DO YOU HAVE TO NOT MAKE A CUSTOMER A PRIORITY? OR TO RETURN A CALL???
