I ordered a shoe online for my husbands birthday, it took me to the ebucks website to pay, but then there was an error. I decided to go into it again and do it over. Only to tell me it was out of stock. I then ordered a other shoe WHICH WAS CLEARLY IN STOCK and on sale for R311, I paid successfully, received confirmation emails etc. Only to receive an email a day later to say they out of stock of the shoe I ordered. I logged on, and saw the sale price taken off and it is now R519!! i thought it wouldve been delivered in times for my husbands birthday. But NO!! Now i dont have a gift. And to top it off, the call centre says"sorry there is an error on the website, thats why its out of stock and thats why its not on sale anymore" PATHETIC!!!
