I am highly disgusted by the service received by Markhams collections agency, a lady by the name of Mrs. Peterson called to retrieve funds on the account. The attitude received from this particular individual was horrible. Never in my life have I ever received such poor attitude from a company's representative. She was not professional and when I asked to be called after 5pm because I am working she then refused to put the phone down. Then she called back harassing me" when you going to pay? " " when you going to pay? ". She then placed a call back, where my phone continued to ring for 14 times. Is this the business relationship that Markham has with their client. Do you actually have a company harass your client for payment. Where is the ethics in this? How can your representative be so brutal? This for me is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Its obvious that my business to your company never meant anything hence you put your dogs out to get me.
