I had seen a pair of shoes in a local store which was perfect for my daughter's forthcoming wedding. Unfortunately, the store did not have my size or colour in stock. After hunting high and low for suitable shoes, I was not successful and in desperation, I contacted the Head Office of Hush Puppies South Africa via email, explaining the situation to them. I sent the email after business hours and received a reply first thing the following morning. Tanya, their Senior Sales Administrator, informed me that the warehouse no longer had stock of the shoe in question, but if I could let her have my shoe size, she would see if she could source the shoes for me. I replied to her message and 15 minutes later I received another email from Tanya informing me that she had located the shoe and furnished me with the details of the store and who to contact. As weddings are very stressful, this was one major thing I didn't have to stress about!
Such service is almost unheard of these days and I am very very impressed with her service. Tanya Fenwick is indeed a credit to the company and I hope her superiors appreciate the service she provides. I will definitely be telling my story to many.
