My dad went into your Claremont store yesterday. He knocked his head a a lux advertisment sign. This had actually cut his head, just above his eye. He reported this to the Pharmacist, he indicated that he raised this with management before as this was a health and safety risk. He then took my dad to Customer Service where the store manager David was called. After waiting for a while David arrived, my dad reported as to what had happened and all his said was "oh, I'm sorry". Seriously! Even the Pharmacist identifies this as a hazard and the store manager says he's sorry. He never even took my dad's details. I am very dissappointed in the way he was treated.
