I finished work and ran into CNA to buy a birthday present with minutes to spare before closing. When I pulled out my phone the battery was completely flat - my phone had died, and would not make a call! I had no way to get home - I was absolutely stranded! I approached the branch manager and explained my situation. I asked him if any of the staff possibly had a blackberry charger so that I could do a quick charge to phone my husband. Imagine my amazement when he, without any hesitation, pulled out his own personal phone and offered to let me make a call to my husband, and he didn't even ask me to to pay for it! I am so grateful - he saved me from a long walk home in the rain.
I also have to say that I enjoy shopping at Kokstad CNA because of the friendly staff, who always greet and smile, and this was just more amazing service - talk about going the extra mile! thank you CNA Kokstad!
