BAD experience due to poor management

We booked a table for 25 persons 1 week in advance.
A total of ONE waitress was allocated to our table.
The restaurant is known for their burgers, therefore 99% of the orders taken were for... burgers.
The kitchen failed to have the most basic of burger ingredients in stock, i.e the buger roll, therefore 80% of the 'burgers' ordered were served on toasted WHITE BREAD, used for the common toasted sandwich.
This was NOT communicated to us prior to receiving our 'burger'.
ALSO the food arrived in batches which is fine for a large order - but not fine when that period of time spans almost 2 hours!!
Despite complaining, there was zero compensation in the form of discount or free drinks or anything.
All in all, a SHOCKING experience, and it boils down to poor management - at the very least stock your kitchen when you know WELL IN ADVANCE that 25 people are coming for dinner, allocate more waitresses to the table
OR just don't accept bookings for that amount of people if you can't handle it. Which clearly is the case for Odd cafe.
