Old sandwiches and bad attitude from Manage

We were going to use the groupon voucher we purchased for 6 people for the Hi Tea. We had to wait about 15-20min to be attended to. The coffee and tea we ordered took about another 30min to come. One of the cups were chipped and when we asked for a another cup it took another 15min. We were told that the cakes and sandwiches are made from scratch hence the delay. About 1h30min later the cakes and sandwiches eventually came. The sandwiches was hard and dry and was clearly standing outside for quite a while. We brought it the Manager on duty's attention, she basically through her hands in the air and said she's not even going to try and explain because she thinks we won't listen. She said that for 2 months the groupon voucher promotion was not working and they cannot handle groups of more than 4 people and she is trying her best but their kitchen is small (Not our problem). Not once did she apologise. Only when we told her did she say sorry, but its not her fault what are we expecting from her (Not an apology). When my friend told her that she has a bad attitude she told us that we should leave because we were swearing at her (nobody swore at her) and she reserves the right to tell us to leave.
