Went there with my boyfriend and his mom. He ordered a Pineapple juice and the juice was off - the waiter then replaced his juice with a mango juice (w/o asking if the change was okay). The food was then brought to the table cold and the potato chips were half-cooked. When my boyfriend's mom asked for ice in her drink (as they had put none in any of ours), the waiter brought out crushed ice (the type commonly found on the fish counter). When I asked if they have any ice cubes the response was a simple "no".
In my opinion, this is disgusting and should be dealt with by the proper management of the Food Lover's Market/Market Cafe. We all agreed that we shall not be supporting the cafe again, which is a loss that such a small franchise simply cannot afford.
I would appreciate some sort of response and, at least, an apology as we did not receive which is appalling, to be honest.
