I applied for an account with incredible connection two days ago. i urgently needed to buy supplies for work. i applied online. shortly after i received an email from above person to inform me my application has been approved. i need to send my id and payslip. i scanned themm and sent them via email. i asked i send a clearer copy. i did so. scanned them and emailed them to her. she asked again for another copy. they were clear enough, i did scan them, but she was not happy. i said its the most clear copies i could send. i need my new account number urgently. i need to buy supplies for work.. she did not respond. until today i have received no further information. i am deeply dissapointed. i will not be buying at incredible connection again.
