Still waiting a call form head office

I have written complaint in 21 June, 2013 email was sent and responded from Russell's head office was that i will be soon, but up and till now no one has, really bad service from them, still waiting for my goods to come, than where can i complaint if Russell's head office is also telling like the personal with the manager telling me too.can anybody help me 0726831492, Marius, i wonder will my problem ever be fix, really bad for bussines, but this is how things work in this country, complain as much as you want, nothing will happend
