Still waiting

I am still waiting for my bed think it is going for 3 or 4 months now lost hope with Geen And Richardseven Karusha at customer care has stopped calling me. There is a new manager at this branch he told me I would be sorted last week but am still waiting then he called me yesterday and told me now I have to wait till the 10th of march hopefully I will have it then but I will not hold my breathe. He tells me there is no stock and he does not do the ordering someone at the head office does it when I asked him for the no. He said he would give it to me but am still waiting for it hopefully I won't wait 3 months for it. I also asked for Sealy's phone no. To talk to them and see if they know how their beds are been sold and the service their agents are giving but also have not received it. Was also told the area manager knows about my situation he has not even called to to talk to me. I told the manager to give my money back he told me they don't do that so I have to suffer I wonder when I start having back problems is Geen and Richards going to compensate me?
