Its been 3weeks now since I waited for feedback, which I was told I would receive. I noticed this company only preaches good customer service which they clearly doing the opposite. Best I close my edgars account and never buy from the company anymore. And again if the head office says we will keep in touch to ensure that your query has been resolved, ddoes it mean I have to keep reminding them?
Ohhhh maybe it means if one looses a ref number their queries wil remain unresolved
