I ordered products on sunday, as stated on the website delivery will take place within one working day. I checked for updates on the website yesterday, but obviously someone did not do their job because their was none. Now I am told by Peter, that I will only recieve the package tomorrow, but he's not sure why.
Why must I as a paying customer suffer because of negligence on Kalahari's side? I am still paying full price.
This is totally unacceptable, please contact me urgently to deliver today or I will cancel this order.
