I needed to return a takkie that was the incorrect size, first i walk in & security is not at the door, i wait for her to stroll to the front to give me a return slip, i have to go looking for help in the shoe section, go to the till & i request them 2 check other branches for the size i want, nobody seems to know how the system works, i wait and wait then i get fed up because each one is calling the other & then i ask for a credit of the incorrect size and take another takkie, totally different person nows credits the shoe and NEVER rings up the new takkie that i want -yet the show is in front of her (Tshepi Tjatji)!! Suddenly the volume of music goes higher, staff is dancing, shouting with with other and i stand waiting to be served. I tell the cashier, where is my new shoe and my invoice, she is like " did u want the new show"!!! i just walked out!! Utter nonsense because music and communication to other staff was more importasnt than helping a customer! They just lost yet another sale from me! Never Again!!!
