Stove Top, Dell Laptop and Microwave

We've purch a Fridge, Microwave, Laptop, Hob, Oven & Extractor Fan. The terms were for 2 years and in Dec 2012 acc settled in full - guarantee still valid until this year August 2013. Within first 3 days had a problem with fridge which were sorted out within 7 days. After 3 months we went back to the shop complaining about the stove top (silver) going off but let it go - only wanted to bring it under their attention and salesman confirmed that they had similar complaints. On 22 Jun 2013 myself and husband went in person complaining about our Goods purchased in Aug 2011 - now the 1 plate overheat, stove top (silver) & knobs - no numbers and the silver going off, laptop no longer working. We spoke to the acc lady, a salesman;another 2 sitting in the same room and the Salesman (didn't take a name 2nd time complaining to him) confirmed that the shop had many customers complaining about this problem and that the Rep of Furniture City knows about this and still stock these stove tops & selling to customers. On 26 Jul 2013 microwave gave (guarantee exp -01 Aug 2013), and phoned Furniture City Micheal (Manager) confirmed I cannot bring in goods they will phone me today... after 1month
