On 11/10/2013 I made an electronic transfer for a automatic voltage regulator that was ordered, since then there was only promises to have the item send to me by mail, After several mails and telephone calls (since the 11/10/2013) to the owner of Krausegen, Kobus Krause, (of which he only answered the phone once, the rest of the calls were answered by one of his staffmembers) on the31/10/2013 at 19h29, a argument arose during this phone call and Mr Krouse startet to curse at me. Personally I feel this person is very unprofessional in the way he operates business. Maybe he should attend a course in human relations and service delivery instead of having his staff making a lot of empty promises!! SEND MY ORDER OR REFUND ME EMEDIATLY!!
