Coricraft's mistake in orde

An Order was placed for a couch Manor 2 seater on the 8th of September 2013. Paid in Full.

-A mistake was made by your Customer Care employee (Gareth Krause PalmSprings, Western Cape Branch.)
We gave the sample from the shop of the color that we wanted, but he typed in the wrong color. (Bondi Bar Green, instead of Bondi Green)

As a result we received a couch in the wrong color. It was sent back, and M. Krause created a new order with this time the right color.(use cell phone as a ref) We were told that this order would be pushed ahead and this is the only reason why we agreed to it otherwise we would have requested a cancellation, full refund and order somewhere else as we could not undergo a further 6 weeks delay.

-We were told that the order would be pushed to priority because of Coricraft's Mistake. As it stands now order is scheduled for the 12th of November which is unacceptable. Please do not use the availability of color or high demand as an excuse. This order was made two months ago and it should be prioritize. I am shock at the lack of follow up we received. I have made many calls, but no one could resolve this matter.
I hope this matter can be resolve ASAP.
