My phone went missing on the counter when i was paying and when i asked if there are cameras in the shop she told me there are no cameras, and i suspect she took my phone because of the way she answered me and she even said to me that its not the first time a customer lost a phone in the shop, and what have they done about the situation? nothing... and she had the nerve to call my number the day after to check if i've done a sim swap, this happened on the 23 July 2013 at 10:08:10
