I called Dis-Chem at The Glen on 25 July 2013 to establish the closing time and was informed that the shop closes at 19h00. I left my office soon thereafter and arrived at the shop at 18h48, hoping to buy my normal supplements, but found the shop closed already at that time (12 minutes before the advised and displayed time!) Should we not rather be advised/notified that 19h00 is actually 18h45? I was horrified, having wasted my time and resources.
