I went to exchange a dress I purchased on 6 June 2013 that was too big for me. I exlained that I was returning the dress a bit late and did not pay my last month instalment due to the fact that I had an operation on my leg, to remove a tumour at Groote Schuur hospital on the 13 June 2013. I have diffuculty walking. I wanted to exchange exactly the same item from a large to a medium. Both the cashier (Employee no 9738347 and Ms Renicke embarrased me in front of other customers.
