Be wary of Kalahari, their frontline staff might be friendly, but their systems are forever down or experiencing problems.
And don't bother typing the reference provided when doing an eft, its does not work as they are never able to find your payment, you have to send them an email/fax, otherwise you are back to old days of snail mail.
I give as an example;
Order no. 5589088 in December, what a joke, the only saving grace was Janice Weiner otherwise, it was lost the payment, delivered late, delivered opened goods.
And now order M9922610, which as I needed it in a hurry opted to buy it as an ebook as it would be quicker than ordering an actual book, or you would think.
I gave up in disgust, cancelled my order and am waiting for someone in their admin department to find my money and link it to my order.
If Kalahari loses the likes of staff, like Janice Weiner and Michael Fernandez, staff who go the extra mile and who try to rectify the short comings of your system and accounts department, then you might as well close up shop.
As for me, I am grateful that I did not lose too much money in learning the lesson of not doing business with kalahari.
