Went to buy hair remover cream on Saturday. When i wanted to pay, the price diffirence was R11 more expensive than the price on the shelf. Waited for manager, and went to get the price tag by myself as they were wasting my time. The lady behind the till then said the amount of cream differs, but the tube had a notice saying 25% EXTRA FREE. I showed her that the barcode was the same on the tube and price tag. Manager eventually came, did not apologise, handed me the R11 and turned away. I grew up with Clicks. Never have i experience such unfriendly service or wrong pricing. Very disappointed.
