Can you please train/teach her Customer service

I went to Pick n Pay Nandipha was cashier for me. I observed her that with customer before me She was just busy chatting with her packer. She didnt greet or even ask if I have smart shopper card it was business as usual. I asked her are you going to ask about smart shopper she didnt say anything but continued grabbing things to scan. My response was eish in our people its a long road u get poor and phathetic service yet if they are serving a white person its a different treatment. And she asked me (uthetha nam okanye uthetha nomntu osemva kwam or uthetha nomtu osemva kwakho) meaning who are you talking to are you talking to someone behind me or to someone behind you. My answer was who is behind me and you. I told her I will escalate this bad service the show off will be on her not on me I really dont need this bad phathetic service. From my observation the black people in these retail /supermarket dont understand the customer service. They dont value the job that put food on their table. You get so much descriminated and u really feel it. U will never get this from coloured or white employees. I hate this even from the co. that I work for they know me that I just discipline them
