Excellent service!

I purchased a pair of canvas "boating shoes" from their N1 City branch on the 22nd of June, but had to take them back yesterday, 23rd of July, as both soles had split. I did not have my receipt, but they exchanged them without a quibble or further problems. Well done to the staff! I wish that more shops could be as accommodating as Pep. They now come highly recommended!
