This is what happened: Isent an email to the supplier (Vuyiswa Caluza 072170 8210 or 011 079 07652 on the 14 of June 2013 and up to now nothing has beed done to fix the mess .it reads :
As per our tele- communication this afternoon (14.35pm) please find attached the photos on my damaged bathroom.
On the 24th of 17th of May your employees tried to put on the geyser and they : 1. broke my tiles and broke my geyser cooper pipes.
They failed to fix the damage and water was leaking and we stayed without water (hot /cold) as we had to close the main system of the water supply and only opened when we needed water and we used buckets for that matter.
On the 24th of May I decided to call a plumber too fix the mess, we he did in a few minutes yet your guys took the whole week coming doing trial and errors yet they had no clue of plumbing .( FYI the guys were Thabiso and Lusani this was the second group who also tried to sort the mess of the 1st group which I can't remember the names)
The gyser is not working I need a solution to this, its either someone qualified for the job must come and fix it to work and I need my tiles repaired and the money I paid the plumber refunded.
