This is the second time I have been a victim of where Edcon is involved.

The first occasion December 2012 was a horrible experience consisting of multiple trips to a store and hours of my time spent on calls, only after shouting and fighting was it sorted out (it took about 3 months to correct).

Present day I was notified that multiple purchases was made once again on my account and I would need to go in store and fill out a dispute form. I flipped so I was led to Mr. Khan that put in touch with Abdul although the start of this process was rocky it involved me been quite rude (due to my previous experience) Abdul remained calm and polite and sorted out the matter, 12 days (compared to almost 3 months previously) later I received notification that all is sorted with my account and he forwarded me electronic confirmation that my account is in good standing with Trans Union the request I made during December 2012 dispute.

I believe praise is needed at times this been one of them, the actions of Abdul has restored my faith in Edcon and if I had dealt with him initially (Dec 2012) I'm certain all would have been sorted out in no time and my name would not have been tainted.
