I went to your Melrose Arch branch today to purchase a pair of Adidas takkies, the lady was very unprofessional and not friendly. I asked for a size 5 and she said we don't have, she did not bother looking at the back if there was stock, she didn't offer to check at another store or try to source it. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
