Selling Rotton food

I bought 2 Red Romans on Sunday the 21st. The next day when I wanted to prepare the fish, it was completely off and really smelled badly. I am on my way to return this.

This is the 3rd time in two months I have to return goods to this specific shop. The others were a salami roll and can you believe biltong. Plus once they put my credit card through twice and I only discovered this a week later. The manager apologies every time, but what about ones cost to return the stuff every time

I have been shopping regular like twice a week, for a few years at F&V with no problems, but this a disgrace to Fruit & Veg.
